My TA software doesn't recognize my USB stick. How can I solve this? 

  • If your USB stick is recognised by your TA device but not by the software, there is a strong possibility that it has not been correctly setup in the software.

    You can refer to section 1.6.1 of the software manual for more information regarding the setup of the USB stick.
