Locating the serial number of your terminal 

  • There are three different ways to check the serial number of your device:

    1. On your terminal: The serial number is printed on a label on the back of your device.

    2. In the interface of your terminal: Open the menu and select "System Info", then select "Device Info".

    3. In the time attendance software: Open the "Device" Page, click on your connected device. The serial number is displayed in the bottom part of the screen.
