Accessing my device from a remote location

The software and the device communicate through the following port: TCP 4370.

You need to make sure that communication through this port is open on your router on the site where the TA is installed.

From the software: In the device list, instead of pointing to a local IP address, you need to indicate the public IP address of the location where your TA is installed.

Since the software is pointing to an IP address, you need to have a static IP address on the TA site.
