License key error 

  • If your software is not accepting the license key, there can be several causes:

    1. Make sure that on the activation screen in the software you use the same e-mail address that you used to register the software on the Safescan website.

    2. Pay attention to some characters such as I L and 1, or 0 and O in your license key.
