Creating users 

  • Due to a change in the firmware of our terminals, it is no longer possible to add or delete users via the terminal itself. It is now necessary to create new users and administrator/supervisor accounts via the PC software and to then synchronize that data to the terminal. Once synchronisation has been completed, the menu of the terminal can then be accessed in order to register fingerprints or RFID cards/key fobs.

    It is important to set a numeric-only password for the administrator/supervisor account to gain access to the terminal menu after synchronisation.

    Please note: After every change you have made to the users, you will need to synchronise the software with the device.

    This process is clearly described in section 1.8.2 of the software manual.
