    Job Description
    As a back-end software developer, you are part of a small multi-disciplinary team. That means you can work independently, but also support your colleagues when it comes to architectural choices or back-end work. As such, you’ll have a high impact on the team and the product. You keep the end-user in mind, balance accuracy and speed and are proud of the work you deliver. Your scope of work can range from performance optimitzation, security hardening, feature development, cleaning up technical debt or fixing bugs.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Design, develop and implement software solutions to address business needs
    • Assist to formulate and deploy improvements for system monitoring, infrastructure, perfor-mance and security
    • Implement and adhere to design and coding best practices and standards with quality in fo-cus
    • Support the identification of tech debt, and resolution thereof (e.g. architecture & design re-views)
    • Assure a robust testing process to maximize software performance
    • Deliver work within set time, quality, and cost objectives
    • Recommend techniques, frameworks, tools and processes to ensure development of scala-ble, secure and high-quality cloud-based software solution
    • Leverage experience in coding, DevOps, Scrum/Agile practices, tools and techniques to en-sure rapid development, testing and delivery of high-quality code

    Minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in software development
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in similar domain
    • Strong conceptual thinking
    • Highly experienced working with .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, MS SQL, Raven DB, Cosmos DB
    • Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices in Azure
    • Familiar with Jira, GitHub, Octopus and/or other relevant software development tools
