10 day satisfaction guarantee
Safescan offers a “10 day satisfaction guarantee*” on orders placed through Safescan.com. If you are not completely satisfied with the device you bought you can return it to us in the original undamaged packaging within 10 days after receipt and we will refund the amount of the purchase. Before you return the device, please contact the Safescan helpdesk for an RMA number.
Shipments without an RMA number will be refused. The shipment charges are on your own account.

Warranty period
Thank you for choosing a Safescan product. All Safescan products are manufactured according to high standards for quality and safety. As a result, Safescan products come with a 3-year extended warranty*.
To apply for the extended 3-year warranty, products need to be registered on the www.safescan.com/register website. Date of purchase, invoice number, model- and serial number are required for registration. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The Safescan standard 2-year warranty period applies to all non-registered products.
To register your product, logon to your existing Safescan account or create an new account on www.safescan.com.
On the personal registration page you can then register your Safescan product for the extended 3-year warranty.

CE Certification
The CE marking certifies that all of Safescan’s products have met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements. The CE Declaration of Conformity (DoC) on this website may be downloaded for each product. CE stands for Conformité Européenne, which means as much in line with European legislation.
