The Safescan TA 4.1 software is your solution to workforce management which increases your staffs’ productivity and decreases costs. It caters for an unlimited number of employees and serves as an advanced employee database as well.

This easy-to-install and simple-to-use software not only improves and simplifies your payroll and employee record administration. It also provides you with clear overviews and reports per employee or department on your selection of time period in a few mouse-clicks. Log-times, overtime and work codes are all visible in a glance.

Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and periodic reports per employee or department are easily generated, either in pdf for direct printing or in .csv format for easy export to payroll / HRM programs.

For accurate management and tracking of staffs’ working hours, different work schedules with breaks and work hours can be set easily by the manager. The worked times of the employees will be compared to their work schedules on the reports, where the overtime balance is also listed.

Work codes are useful when your employees work on different projects in. Employees can clock-in and out with the assigned work codes. The number of hours worked for a certain project will be clearly visible on the reports. Work codes can also be used to register incidents such as doctor’s visit, business trips, sick leave, and other user defined incidents.

With network connected TA-terminals (TA-655, TA-810, TA-850, TA-855, TA-910 and TA-955), staffs’ logs and presences are available in real-time. In case of fire or other emergencies, a fire-roll-call report can be printed with one mouse click.

All time records and work schedules are automatically backed-up, so there is no risk in losing data due to unexpected power cut or system down.

The Safescan TA 4.1 software works with all Safescan Time Attendance terminals (TA-655, TA-810, TA-850, TA-855, TA-910 and TA-955). The TA 4.1 software is fully compatible with previous versions of Safescan TA software.
