10 day satisfaction guarantee
Safescan offers a “10 day satisfaction guarantee*” on orders placed through Safescan.com. If you are not completely satisfied with the device you bought you can return it to us in the original undamaged packaging within 10 days after receipt and we will refund the amount of the purchase. Before you return the device, please contact the
Safescan helpdesk for an RMA number.
Shipments without an RMA number will be refused. The shipment charges are on your own account.
*With exception of opened Safescan software packages and Safescan 125 Update Kit.
Warranty period
All Safescan products have a 24 month guarantee period.
Defects and Returns
• Repair within the guarantee period (24 months). Contact the
Safescan helpdesk for an RMA number. The forwarding charges are shared (you pay the charges for shipment to Safescan and Safescan pays the charges for the return).
• Repair beyond the guarantee period (24 months). Contact the
Safescan helpdesk for an RMA number. The costs of repair and the shipment charges are on your own account.
• Shipments without an RMA number will be refused.
CE Certification
The CE marking certifies that all of Safescan’s products have met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements. The CE Declaration of Conformity (DoC) on this website may be downloaded for each product. CE stands for Conformité Européenne, which means as much in line with European legislation.
